Technical Business Analyst

In a Nutshell:

GADITEK is on the look-out for a driven Technical Business Analyst seeking a challenging work environment to join our engineering team.

As a Technical Business Analyst you will become an integral member of our Engineering team and act as the liaison between our business and the IT teams to create technical documentations, develop SRS and proposals, and work closely with technology consultants to create digital assets and resources as required.

This role is crucial for ensuring that our mission-critical systems are functioning effectively and consistently.  Our business, IT and engineering teams rely on Technical Business Analysts to succinctly document/update current features and expected behavior of our systems. Your recommendations aid us with planning, design, coding, and testing for improving and streamlining our systems.

Once you are here, you will:

  • Work closely with the Solution Architect and understand the technicalities of the platform inside out.
  • Provide support to the Solution Architect in creating Technical Documentation.
  • Liaison between the Solution Architect and Business Development for all client queries and post-sales support.
  • Prepare detailed SRS document (followed by a proposal) after going on calls with the Business Development team to understand the technical and business requirements.
  • Work closely with the technology consultant to design technical brochures and structural diagrams.

Relevent Experience:

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned above satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this role.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Systems, Business Systems, Computer Technology or a closely related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Total Work Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience influencing external contacts i.e., clients.
  • Experience with traditional business analysis functions i.e., data analysis, technical documentation, SRS, etc.
  • Experience with traditional project management functions i.e., agile management and solution roadmaps.

Required Skills:

  • Confidence and ability to present and communicate both technically and non-technically i.e., tender responses, pre-sales presentations, and pre-sales demonstrations.
