Detail Job Description

We are currently looking for Billing Executives. The ideal candidate will interact with customers / end-users for their queries via Emails & Ticketing system, will do Order processing and fraud prevention. Individual must possess the ability to work independently and sometimes provide administrative support. Also working under pressure, coping with tight deadlines and very good problem-solving skills are also required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure professional and courteous support to customers while directing shift operations to maintain service quality.
  • Maintain and create a positive work environment on your shift that promotes teamwork and skills development
  • Ensure all alarms and alert conditions are handled within documented guidelines
  • Responsible for problem escalation to the Leads.
  • Respond with agility during times of high volume.
  • Provide daily status reports to team lead
  • Promotes and maintains a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image within team and with customers.
  • Identify areas of improvement to quality and help define solutions
  • Exemplify continuous improvement of our products, processes and services.

Desire Skills, Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Billing / Accounting background, with 1 years experience.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Good Command over Excel and E-commerce tools / CRM.
